update: kendadih mine

Hi all,

Some of you may remember that IRL tendered for the Contract Mining of Kendadih (in July 2009), close to Surda.

This shows the target date for granting of the tender as per HCL's "Performance Targets" -> see PAGE 5

- based on this, it should be granted to the wining tender by Jan IMO

so should get some news or "closure" on this in the next 60-90 days IMO
