Just a general comment re the silence, lack openness of CNP to its shareholders (owners), it seems to be something that comes naturally to them, I hope its just due to the potential for more litigation. They have a tough situation and therefore think the best thing to do is not say much or delay. Truth is it doesn't make sense, I guess we can only hope the update is acknowledgement that they should be saying more of the truth upfront, even when the news is bad. The SP certainly seems to be evidence of this lack of transparency or maybe the market is aware of some bad news yet to be disclosed. We can only wait and see
