I'm with u Mike68 , principle place of residence is one of the best investments a person can make . Pay the sucker off quick smart and stick it up the banks . congrats masseyf . I remember buying my first humpy by myself [already had 2 shared with stuff all equity ] and it was a nervous period in a recession but have never looked back since . My mistake over the years was not holding the properties I had already owned outright .
