TC I do not know where the block is but Massey from Perth so assume around here. There are many similar stories to Masseys. During 2007 people camped out to buy blocks on the outer fringes for $200,000. The stories in the Sunday press were all about sell later for $300,000 quick buck. Real Estae agents were valuing them at $400,000. None ever sold at that but sounded good. So lot got caught when the music stopped, no rent, no buyers and loan repayments. Some of those blocks around Mandurah and Bouvard are selling for the $200,000 mark and at that price are good value. So Masseys story believable.
