Ouisa, the points that you didn't make in your previous posts, is that the problems have occured when Tysabri was used in combination with Avonex, there are no reports of adverse effects when Tysabri has been used as monotherapy. The other point you seem to ignore is the fact that Antisense compound ATL 1102 acts by a different mechanism to Tysabri, by preventing excessive amounts of VLA - 4 being produced. You obviously have some medical training, to whit I do not, but I know the importance of being thorough, and not jumping to conclussions, you fail to address both these key points on which Antisense rely in their statement released yesterday. I do agree with your major point that it will cause delays, but why the ommisssions? Do you not think that Antisense are trying a snow job, or is it reasonable for Antisense to rely on both these important points?
