If you're a big player, buy the excess rather than f#ck around on market.
Sellers don't have that option so if you've been wanting to sell for 3 months or bought more than you can afford, you can't find a real buyer.
Hold tight, wait for the sellers to stop out on the lows and wait for the mine to restart.
