What choice does IOP have but to extend the deadline for NKP
No one is going to even consider purchasing Tubatse with the current mess anyway. Also anyone purchasing the 10% of Tubatse will have to work with NKP in the long term.
If there is no deal by December 2012 I bet you IOP will extend the date to June 2013.
If NKP mess does not get sorted out then IOP will not see a cent.
By the way Tony Sage and Frank Timis (running IOP) has just as bad of a reputation as OKAP.
