If I was signing off with nine, (I am not) I would hold back some of the manipulating for in knows as buy backs as for harder times lie ahead.
NEC has signed off on some really expensive , hugely expensive ticket items , that are in now need of return, from now, more needy others.
RECESSION
Multi media has and is shrinking profits of the free to air, & multi media has freedom & does not have the obvious bias or TOLD baked into their news or content.
Many on different levels are turning to and using multimedia. A format of somewhat streaming options, that NEC should be evolving with to survive.
Some-one that had the power dealing reciprocally with others having (in the knows) power, is no longer,. lost power with now not leading the taxpayers huge money & influence sovereign fund. Maybe some of those built up acknowledged friendships with $$$ remain tight maybe some now more LESS.
