Any opinions?
I have paid for this update of deed in previous years.
reasons given in this letter by accountant -ie key changes include contribution rules,pension payments,gainful employment,borrowing rules,taxing of contributions and new terminology.
For a start,facts i know but have been questioned in the past by other posters.
I'm fully retired as declared by accountant to ato and in TTR,i no longer make contributions,i'm retired,i don't borrow,new terminology ????.
My accountant is 'keen' to replace deed,(no wonder).
