As we all know, there's been plenty of changes to the Super landscape and if they aren't written into your Deed, then you can't do it..
So, with your future plans and direction as you see it - does the Deed need updating for a "what if" or are there actual plans to action some of the changes and the Deed needs to be updated to allow those plans to happen..
