spott i'm sure if i was still in business he probably would have charged me 6k.As he is now semi retired,i'm retired i have been dealing with a new accountant who i'm confident with,i phoned her re deed,she roughly explained it was a precaution but offered to put me thru to my original accountant,i declined because at the end of the day i was not willing to risk not buying a new deed if something went wrong,ironic my last renewed deed was also 10 years ago.
ps i may actually read the new deed so i finally understand what its all about.Sent cheque today,but its still $440 which i would prefer in my hands than my accountants.
