While the ASX continues to get its revenue from companies such as this, they will go to every effort to keep this income stream going instead of delisting them for failing time and time and time again to meet the listing rules.
ASIC do seem to have stepped up their game following the Royal Commission and this will be a good test on whether things really have changed or if it is business as usual.
