Glad you put that into perpective , phew! for a while I was thinking a big shot from DSTO was gaining an advantage
by obtaining a large secured convertible note holding.
It is actually an ordianary shareholding as you said.
The secured notes are a concern. Metal storms shareholders best scenario is for a defense co or whatever to buy out the notes and agree to some deal for the shareholders.
I dont understand it at all.Its obvious Metal storm tech
has a future yet and no one ,like the Americans ,British , European defense wants to take a strategic and financial lead.
