MP to your statement 'I am so certain they will get the Federal permit'. Initially POK was expecting to get the permit around June 2012. At that time the public notice was not even posted. Now they have passed all those hurdles and there was objection rasied from 2 environmental group. These objections was address by the POK management. Do you know during these process there are waiting period before BLM or POK can do anything? So what I am saying is the management is doing the necessary work behind the scene and the chances of POK getting the Permit is lot better than a year ago. Also the POK management cannot come out and say that for certain they will get the permit until it is formalised by BLM. Long time back I learn a valuable lesson when dealing with govt organisation you have to be patient and it will pay off at the end.
