Clearly CNP are majority shareholders and the remaining 49% are in the minority. I don't understand why so many investors are so concerned about how the directors will run CER going forward. They will manage it as they have been... with survival in mind. If CNP had a spare $100m they could make a lowball offer and take out the minority. That wouldn't be in the interest of the minority. I know it's not going to happen but you never say never.
