Hardly a capital raising.

Nkwe have around 560 million shares on issue. Not an overly significant number and I could point out to you several companies that have a great deal more on issue without an operating mine.

I won't sit here and defend management because I like everyone else is tired of missed deadlines but i don't think it is fair to have a go at them in terms of raising capital.

Dilution has never been the problem here. Missing deadlines and poor communication have.

Anyway it's friday afternoon...time for a beer.
