Brisbane, Australia ? 22 September 2011: Metal Storm Limited.
In Note 1 to the 2011 Half Year financial report Metal Storm made reference to its expected cash flows
which suggested a cash expiry date of 22 September 2011. Further, in the Chairman?s address to
shareholders and noteholders released to the market on 29 August 2011, the Chairman made
reference to 22 September with regard to the Company?s cash position.
The referenced cash expiry date is no longer valid and the Company would like to confirm that it
continues to pay its debts as and when they fall due.
