VVV has just misapproriated circa $1million from stolen patents, from another jurisdiction, and is now looking like successfully getting a "bonus" to that via suing for costs because for some inexplicable reason SK/SC didn't want to talk about the ice-cream machines with proppant manufacturing labels on them in a court of law. And for some reason the court seems to be ignoring the stolen patents, the move to Thailand and the factory photos (the photos would be meaningless in a court if it weren't for the proppant labels) and ostensibly is just focussing on the contracts.
This would be reasonable in court, if not for the obvious source of the patents being the core of the whole thing; and the labelled ice-cream equipment signifying obvious intent. I can't believe this gets through to the keeper like this, it has the storyline of a very well orchestrated machiavellian tryst.
WTF are they hiding that it something like scientifically labelled ice-cream machines wasn't front and centre? It's gotta be big, whatever it is.

Seems like the Graphene guys get the dough and are having it confirmed in a court of law that it was the directors fault for handing it to them in a case brought on by the directors themselves.
