Can't see any rebate coming from this point. The reasons for the rejection should be made public. Why should this be a secret when it should be made available to all shareholders. The system seems very tilted towards those doing the wrong thing.
It's like they are looking to shut up shop before the July 31 deadline for appointing independent directors.
