This application from Volkov looks like it was lodged last week.

Not sure what LWP is trying to achieve here.  They have gone from being the plaintiff to now bring the defendant.  Everyone has seen the photos of the ice cream machine lab but they would rather lose this court case than mention this in court.  

Looks like they have been schooled by Volkov's lawyer.  Will they bother turning up to court to defend themselves?
