    If Konig was serious about vigorously defending the case and didn't just lodge a misleading announcement, then at the bare minimum there should be a statement from LWP's former lawyer about the back dating of the director details and some information about if the Shareholder Agreement was even valid given invalid directors signed it.

    I would be surprised if Konig even turns up as he is just going to embarass himself by the looks.
