update on court situation

having been well and truly shafted like many others with CXY and sadly no longer holding [ lost to much ], can someone update me briefly with when the court action is on ?, have posted many comments over the past couple years since blighs blight screwed us and wont repeat my opinions because they wouldnt differ, i see DEX you are still onto it, we share similar sentiments, am keen to jump in at the right time but have lost confidence in the australian [ QLD ] venture, -----pickubrains.
