Would you mind providing a reference to the agreement on the terms of profit sharing? To the best of my knowledge, this yet to be determined.
I have a different opinion regarding the PPSA. The PPSA + PEDPA together form the PSA (Production Sharing Agreement).
The PSA will determine who gets what if the project makes it to production. PEDPA provides the framework that governs stakeholders through the project lifecycle - exploration, appraisal, development and production. PEDPA spells out rights, obligations etc but not how the product or profit will be shared.
If I'm wrong, kindly point me to where I can find this information. Cheers.
