SM didn't make any reference to production in that email.
He was addressing the misconception that the lack of a PPSA was an impediment to project progress specifically at the drilling and farm stage?
Although, he alluded to the potential difficulty in securing a farm in partner without a PPSA.
We can agree to disagree here, with the Zim govt announcement of a shift to the PSA system, I'll hold my position that the PPSA is indeed needed for production and any profit/ revenue talks to happen. Pretty sure no one wants a repeat of the Carbon project drama between the Zim govt and the other company to surface here. However, the govt will make it (PPSA) happen when they are ready.
