It does have very similar features to M1 before the rig moved in.
The pad is on the end of a 'spur' approx. 2M above the flood plain. May not seem much but there is also a small settlement/school about 1Km North of B1, beside the creek, also 2M above the plain. The road from B1 climbs up the spur to higher ground.
I did investigate higher res up to date images this morning. Reading through the Sentinel blog, the simple answer is, yes. But only by subscription. https://www.sentinel-hub.com/pricing/
