"The Company advises that the Senior Lender Group has agreed to extend the date for payment of the first scheduled repayment instalment of US$1.625 million, the second scheduled repayment instalment of US$812,500, the third scheduled repayment instalment of US$812,500 and extend (or waive) a number of conditions under the Senior Finance Facility, until 1 October 2017."
