the whole VOTE is a farce because I speculate possibly knew they would WIN judging from the sudden change from OCJ so lets just make it a formal vote so every one has a say......but apparently meets all legal legislations and that's the problem...on the other side the mainland investors apparently will be the real winners here with a fantastic Australian acquired future resource......peel the Onion skin for more levels.
Will they continue to squeeze FMS ie Debt, cost blow outs, further expanding their holdings another delist maybe.
ASX should Void the vote ASAP cancelled pending a full investigation.
This has Huge ramifications for the whole share market Standards of operations / legislation.
