Also in my previous post "for a person in our group of minority shareholders with the skills to get the attention of ASIC and legal entities", I have no experience in this area but it seems the people chatting here in HotCopper have facts that indicate inappropriate behavior from majority shareholder, if this is truly the case and there is truth, these facts should be collated and presented to appropriate authorities for further investigation. As noted it only serves purpose if real action is taken, otherwise this post will come and go and forgotten.
