I suspect it is positive, but there may be some conditions. That is my gut feel. I am pretty confident it won't be a 'hard no'. If so, I think we would've had a decision by now.
I also suspect FIRB would've prefered 50% rather than 60%. But that is done now...

It sounds like being grilled by an over-protective father about what your intentions are with his daughter!
