Dioro Exploration NL ("Dioro") is pleased to provide an update on
progress of the ongoing drilling program at the northern end of the
Frog's Leg prospect. This prospect forms part of the Mungari East
gold project near Kundana, in which Dioro has a 49% interest.

OUTLINE OF THE PROGRAM

The program of combined aircore and diamond core drilling is testing
the lateral and depth extent of mineralisation identified in an
earlier program of reconnaissance aircore drilling at the extreme
northern end of the Frog's Leg deposit. A significant discovery at
this location could positively impact on the design of the open pits
currently being planned as part of the Frog's Leg feasibility study.

RESULTS TO DATE

Drilling has intersected a gold-mineralised zone close to the surface
in a previously untested area on four consecutive traverses over a
combined distance of 450 metres at the northern end of Frog's Leg.
This drilling program is immediately to the east of the Northern Zone
of Frog's Leg. It is yet uncertain whether this new mineralisation
relates to Contact Zone or Quartz Lode style of mineralisation, or
whether it is related to shearing within or adjacent to the north
north east trending Mary Fault.

Significant shallow mineralisation has been identified in a number of
follow-up holes near the northern boundary of the joint venture
tenements, and these results are tabulated in tables 1 and 2 below.

COMMENT

The results of the program continue to be very encouraging, however
further drilling will be required to determine the significance of
the mineralisation intersected and to be able to place it in the
correct geological context.

WINSTON CHURCHILL

A separate program of combined RC and diamond core drilling has
commenced to follow-up the very encouraging gold intersections
already reported in diamond core holes at Winston Churchill, one
kilometre west of Frog's Leg. Details will be provided when
available.
