TigerTen, your technical / geo explanation is fine and reasonable. I understand the necessity to change the plan, but it doesn't change what I was saying.

It's a management issue. If it's so obvious that feasibility would be delayed, they should inform the market in advance. Waiting until it's overdue before advising that the time guidance has changed is, IMHO, poor.

Delivering what you promise, when you promised it, is key in any industry. Especially in this market.
