Hi Lindo,
If we combine your post and mine with the information on US Mining Law and Mineral Rights and Surface Rights we piece together what the Taylor/Hansen picture could look like. JMHO but I think there may be one correction to your post on the percentage ownership of Hansen by Energy Metals Corporation & NZ Uranium LLC. Please see below.
Cheers,
Brantley

So yes, BLR has made a claim on the Hansen deposits. But some of you are wondering how can that be so if someone else (Energy Metals Corporation 65% & NZ Uranium 35%) already own this land. This brings us to the other key phrase.
From my research (See Chain Of Ownership below) Energy Metals Corporation & NZ Uranium LLC hold or held 49% of Hansen and South T-Bar Ranch LLC, a property developer, owns the surface rights and the remaining 51% of the mineral rights covering the property per Quincy Energy Corp · DEF 14A · For 6/27/06.
NZ Uranium LLC on March 18, 2005 entered into an agreement with QUINCY ENERGY CORP. in which QUINCY ENERGY CORP. could earn up to a 65% interest in three separate uranium properties, namely the Hosta Butte and McKinley properties in New Mexico and the Hansen (Tallahassee Creek) property in Colorado.
