Any company trying to get to the stage Pen is presently at would have exhausted around $60 million worth.
Imo without doubt Pen is very undervalued.
Another good article here to look at, Wyoming mentioned, and in particular, whats of interest is how much attention one of the companies mentioned is getting over their 8.5 million pounds of uranium thats in-situ leach.

Pens first target of 15 million pounds is looking like its going to have a very good impact on the market.
