JHC is a positive company with the primary objective to build its future business capacity for the future. They know the labour expenses are huge, exceeding 67% of the revenue. Now they have started the operating initiatives which the details are not fully explained. I hope the CEO will explain in the AGM. If they successfully find the ways, I am sure these operating initiatives will improve its bottom line.
One thing I would suggest to use the AI robots to be deployed in the aged care centres to reduce the requirements of registered nurses.
Once the labour costs are reduced substantially, this will increase the profitability of Japara!
