No reason to doubt what the Energy Minister said, but was he speaking out of turn?

If a formal decision regarding the awarding of all the Mui Basin blocks has been made why have we not had an announcement from CCC notifying the market of their unsuccessful bid?

Wouldn't this qualify as price sensitive?

If those who submitted tenders are not notified of the result prior to a politician making a public pronouncement this doesn't say much about the process, and would lead me to agree that if CCC has missed out it may not be such a bad thing.
