If it is poor engineering - then it is Xstrata who designed the system. So the same legal situation may exist! I would not like to be in the engineering design company's boots.
Yes, it is probably a design/inadequate motor problem. I sent BJ an email a while back to keep the 3mmm mill there just in case. Just wondering if they can dig and poor fittings in shorter time frame and keep it there as a back-up?
None of us are happy campers but the project will make a lot of money next year. It will be interesting to find the results of the commissioning problem.
