On a more positive note, gold and silver recoveries continue to improve towards those determined during pilot plant testwork. All other elements of the process plant are functioning as expected and the Company’s technical management are confident the project will settle down to predictable and stable operating costs and recoveries once the ball mill problem is resolved.

Also, a second 8 inch bucket wheel dredge is scheduled to arrive on site within two weeks as backup to the dredge feeding the process plant, to ensure continuity of mining operations.
