    Thanks, Blackskinpla, thats exactly why BCL was rejected. They think they are still colonial masters.

    I'm sure any Central Me'ekamui JV proposal would approach this situation in a much more 'modern' & transparent way with Bougainville & Landowner board representation mandatory as well as much broader local consultation, involvement & 'real' share/company ownership.

    I think the ABG may need some serious experienced legal advice.

    Come to think of it, the Central Me'ekamui JV consortium have access to some very smart legal minds ......
