    Just came across this article out of China concerning the group's inaugural meeting. Could Ding be one of the people seated in the assembly ?

    I imagine they would be discussing the execution of the organization's mission to meet China's urgent strategic imperatives.

    I for one would not rule out among the big ticket items being discussed is the progress of the ANS Bestway integrated infrastructure plan.
