So if the source is right, Delek won and WPL have folded.
In other words my scenario outlined above did not come to pass. It was actually:
WPL: "Okay boys, we're out of here - have fun with your pipeline to Turkey."
Delek: "Don't let the door hit your butt on the way out"
WPL: "Uh... do you want to go get a coffee and talk about this again?"
So if the source is right, Delek won and WPL have folded.In...
