Iran supplied Hezbollah with radar-guided anti-ship missiles which hit and crippled an Israeli Navy corvette fired from 10 nautical miles away, so I don't think I'd want to take that claim to the bank - certainly not when trying to borrow the multi billion dollars required to build it!
Hezbollah also has Iranian drones which they have flown undetected into Israeli airspace before, so they are pretty advanced, it's quite possible they will have guided rockets at some stage in life of an LNG plant. Obviously the IDF would defend any LNG plant with all means at its disposal, including Iron Dome systems, but this would be a lot easier offshore than onshore.
