    Lundin, 19.9% major shareholder were to be taken over by Hudbay in a move approved by Lundin shareholders but vociferously opposed by Hudbay shareholders. Hudbay has announced that they will be pulling out of the deal while maintaining a 19.9% stake in Lundin.

    Implication for UCL is that they are pretty unlikely to see much financial support coming through from Lundin this year.
