If as we suspect, her honour backs the initial dispute resolution process, where are we time wise to the 45 days? End of month? Could be further pressure on the SP although the announcement just released paints a solid process toward commissioning end of next year. Oh to have a few spare investing dollars.
I think November is shaping up to be a very interesting month.
