From the limited documentation out there Kinsevere, Kulu and Mutoshi are to be renegotiated and Dikilushi is recommended to be cancelled.

However my understanding of what I've read is that the government has final say to all of these recommendations, at the moment that is all they are - recommendations.

They state that the government gets nothing from Dikilushi and that Anvil owns 100%, which I'm sure they don't, they own 90% and the Government 10%. They also don't seem to have factored in Anvil got a tax holiday of 5 years as they went in when no one else would. They do pay taxes going forward. They have also stated that Anvils Social development is poor which is truely bizarre as it's excellent.

I think the only research these clowns have done is watch a 4 corners doco as it seems to read the same.
