If the German ruling goes against Ipernica do you think the sp will tank further. Do you have any contacts that might give an indication as to whether the company is confident of a decision in its favour. It would really stink if they lost given it the same patent that was recognised in the Ericson case and also the USA patent court. If you have any contacts would appreciate if you could sound them out as to whether the company has given up on the fight. For reasons I cannot communicate directly with them. may be asking too much but thanks to any poster who endeavours to establish the confidence or otherwise of the company. Obviosly there has to have been ongoing proceedings that we dont know about for a ruling by the German Court to be imminent so the company must have a feel for the situation.
