Perhaps Alexandra Roberts-Judd is not fully aware of the situation . The rig is destined to be returned to it's contract straight after the PEP11 drill . She is possibly only using the same info as is on the website and that could be changed at any time .

As the EPBC and other approvals are not in place it would be good business practice for both parties to have contingency plans . This is what is happening now IMO . Kipper will keep using the rig until Advent have approval perhaps ?? Approval and the current well should coincide and then the OP can be temporarily released from the Bass .

The " we will be using the rig for a few months yet " is worrisome ..... not because of the delay but because it contradicts what we have been told . IMO the timing is not specific due to the constraints of the approval process and Advent will get the rig as soon as approvals are in order .
