Update from Susan Showers,(PFC).. "Both the announcement of the capital programme AND the strategic alternative process MUST be announced simultaneously! PFC have approx. $12mil. in working capital as at the end of Dec.2012..The outstanding balance owing to Statoil for Phase-1 is $10mil. We need $5mil. to run operations to end of 2013,as we are the Operator up until then.. We are short,and as the operator,we cannot default! We are working at finalizing both of these issues,and it is taking some time! Much of which is out of our hands...
