With all due respect jefferies if Gcn reported to the ASX everytime there was a delay because of on going negotiations with another organisation they would become a laughing stock.
You know that as well as I do.
ASX would be bombarded with requests to issue news that quite frankly is not news worthy.
EG. The Wi Fi deal has taken longer than expected. We don't know when it will be completed but hope it will be soon.
Are we any better off if GCN was to make such an announcement. Are we any clearer as to when the deal will be done. Of course we aren't.
It is just useless information that doesn't need mentioning. When the deal is completed they will inform us. That will be news worthy and relevant. Would you not agree ??
