I think you are wrong on this.
CGNPC/Taurus has no expertise in mining uranium. The Swakop Uranium subsidiary of Extract which holds the ML has a very experienced guy Norman Green at the helm as project manager.
Why would they get rid of him? Also wife of a Nam government minister and managing director of diamond producer Namdeb Inge Zamwaani-Kamwi will certainly retian her place on the new board.
