KC, have you seen anywhere where it is stated that they can not yet and when they can?
Also guys, the notice is telling you not to take action YET! They probably dont want you to sell whilst they are busy talking to the contenders about action and price. They dont want China to know what is in the coffers, just the knew contenders!
Also, they might come back and say, not enough China. We dont know yet, they are just telling us not to take action.
Gero, we may not have to wait 3 weeks, they are just saying dont take action yet, give us some space to work this stuff out and get it on paper so it is water tight!
